Kicking off on Sunday the 16th of October 2022 and running all the way through to Sunday the 13th of November 2022, Sydney Cricket Ground will play host to seven ICC Men's T20 World Cup matches.
On Saturday 22nd of October, it's New Zealand v Australia. Thursday, 27th of October, is South Africa v Bangladesh and India v Group A runner up. The 29th is New Zealand v Group A winner, followed by Pakistan v South Africa on 3rd November, finishing with England v Group A Winner on Saturday 5th November and the Semi-Final on Wednesday 9th November.
After two years of being impacted by the pandemic, the 2022-23 home summer will be an especially busy one for the Australian men’s team, who plan to defend their T20 World Cup title on home soil.
While most of the supporters' stands are sold out at SCG, tickets are still available for most games and the semi-finals in categories A and B.
