Q: How do I get to the Airport from the hotel?
A: Taxis are available and give priority to Airport calls. Travel time is approxamately 20 minutes from Crowne Plaza to Sydney Domestic & 25 minutes to Sydney International. The concierge will arrange these services. The 350 bus services also runs from Coogee Beach to Mascot and takes approximately 50 minutes.
Q: Where is the closest public transport?
A: The closest public transport system is via bus which is located across from the hotel on Arden St. Please see Concierge for further details.
Q: Is it possible to have a late check-out?
A: Yes, however late check out are subject to availability and in some cases will have an extra fee. Please contact Reception for further details.
Q: Can I have my luggage stored for the day?
A: Yes, we are happy to store guest luggage. Please contact Concierge to arrange collection and storage at no cost.
Q: Where is the nearest bank or ATM?
A: The nearest bank is a Westpac or Commonwealth bank and ATM is on Coogee Bay Road, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Please see Concierge for directions.
Q: Where is the nearest pharmacy?
A: The nearest pharmacy is on Coogee Bay Road and is open from 08.30am to 09.00pm. Please see Concierge for directions.
Q: Can I enter the hotel through the main door after midnight?
A: Yes, please show your guest room key to gain entry into our hotel. We have 24 hour reception.
Q: Do you have power adaptors?
A: Yes, we do have adaptors available for loan from reception. A $40 loan fee will be placed on your account and reversed when returned to reception.
Q: Are mobile phone chargers available?
A: Some common connection chargers are available on loan from Reception.

A: Yes, at Reception, most currencies are accepted and travellers cheques can be cashed. Photo ID will be required.
