To reach the Royal Botanic Gardens from Coogee Beach there are a few options. One of the quicker involves a two minute walk to Randwick Rugby Club, followed by the 374 Bus, which passes through the Museum of Sydney on Phillip street. Located on Pirrama road in Pyrmont sits a 1.8 hectare park on the harbour with a sheltered bay, playground and areas for picnics and BBQ's. Pirrama Park remains one of the most sought after New years events in Sydney.
