Estate Christmas Day Lunch & Dinner
On Christmas Day, Estate Kitchen is the place to see and be seen. Traditional Christmas fare has been reimagined with a 4 Course Christmas Menu featuring Seafood du Jour, Roasted Snapper with Caviar Beurre Blanc, Spiced Chicken with lashing of Gravy, and our favourite….Candied Yams with Feta, Fennel and Pine nuts.
And, did we mention there's bottomless champagne and oysters?

Shutters Christmas Day Lunch & Dinner
Shutters is the perfect light-filled award-winning venue to celebrate with loved ones. Bottomless champagne and oysters will be in abundance and our 3 Course Menu features a few of our Festive faves - Chilled Prawns, Glazed Leg Ham and succulent BBQ Angus Striploin.
Families of all sizes are welcome, and Santa will make a special appearance with gifts for the little ones, whether they have been naughty or nice. And when they’re done at the table, we’ll have an interactive Kids play zone to burn off any sugar-highs.

Festive Family Wonderland in Oceanic
For those families with younger children, we're taking expressions of interest for a family-friendly Christmas Lunch event in our Oceanic Ballroom.
We’ll be offering a 3-Course Family-Style Table-Buffet Menu, 3 Hour Beverage Package, and Santa will make a special appearance with gifts for the little ones, whether they have been naughty or nice. The interactive Kids play zone will be there post-lunch for the kids to burn off dessert.

Covid Safe initiatives at Estate & Shutters Restaurant
We will be following advice from the NSW Health Department which restricts how many guests we can welcome at any given time. We apologise if your preferred dining time is not available and thank you in advance for your patience as we navigate these new trading restrictions.
