Q: How do I get to the Airport from the hotel?
A: Taxis are available and give priority to airport calls. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes from Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach to the Sydney Airport domestic terminal and 25 minutes to the international terminal. The concierge will arrange these services. The airport is also accessible via public bus. Route 350 runs from Coogee Beach to Mascot and takes approximately 50 minutes.
Q: Where is the closest public transport?
A: There is a bus stop located across the road from the hotel on Arden St. For help using public transport, please speak with the concierge.
Q: Can I have a late check-out and/or early check-in?
A: Early check-ins are available subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly on 07 5610 5219 on the day of arrival. Late checkouts are also subject to availability, please contact reception during your stay. Note that additional charges may apply for early check-ins and late check-outs.
Q: Can I have my luggage stored for the day?
A: Yes, we are happy to store guest luggage at no cost to you. Please contact our concierge to arrange storage and collection.
Q: Where is the nearest pharmacy?
A: The nearest pharmacy is a 5-minute walk from the hotel on Coogee Bay Road and is open from 08.30am to 09.00pm. Please see Concierge for directions.
Q: Can I enter the hotel through the main door after midnight?
A: Yes, please show your guest room key to gain entry into our hotel. We have 24 hour reception.
Q: Are there power adaptors available?
A:Yes, you can borrow a power adaptor from the reception desk. A $40 loan fee will be placed on your account and refunded when you return the power adaptor to reception.
Q: Are mobile phone chargers available?
A: Yes, you can borrow a mobile phone charger from reception.
Q: Is there a money change service available?
A: Yes, at Reception, most currencies are accepted and travellers cheques can be cashed. Photo ID will be required.
Q: Are baby sitting services available?
A: While we don’t provide a babysitting service, our concierge can provide you with information on reputable babysitting agencies. During certain school holiday periods, we do offer an in-house Kids Club.
Q: Where is the best place to walk or run?
A: We recommend a walk or run along the Coogee to Bondi coastal walk. To access the path, head to the beach, turn left and follow the path to enjoy great panoramic ocean views.
